live online meditation community

bi-weekly every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month starting 25th Feb 2026

welcoming all humans seeking a more wakeful life to join these online community meditation circles

In this version of society that prioritises productivity over rest and speed over reflection, more people are becoming more aware of the importance of tending to our wellbeing. creating spaces where we can pause to reconnect with ourselves and each other more deeply. in turbulent times this tending becomes even more necessary.

mediation is an ancient technology that has been practiced around the world, in different traditions and in many forms for thousands of years. i approach regular meditation practice as spiritual hygiene for sharpening awareness and energetic resourcing that expands your capacity to be with the fullness of life.

what you might expect during a circle

each online circle will run for 60- 75 mins. the focus of these circles is the meditation practice. there will be a short time to arrive, a brief introduction leading into the meditation practice, with some space for reflection and q&a before closing.

why meditation

Meditation has become a vital anchor and resource in my life. After years of dabbling on and off, I discovered the true power of meditation during a Shiava tantra yoga training in 2020.

i experienced first hand the stabilising and expansive impact of a regular meditation practice throughout that rocky year. as i practiced sitting in stillness, observing the fluctuations of my mind, without becoming consumed by my thoughts, it gradually sharpened the awareness of my thoughts, stories and beliefs off the cushion, in everyday life. I felt my awareness expand which allowed me to be more present to my thoughts and feelings with a sense of clarity and less overwhelm or fog. in the expansion and presence, i found my center.

i began to notice my self-talk and some beliefs that were not serving me. and i realised that the more regularly i meditated, the more anchored and centred i felt generally, and particularly during challenging life situations ~ the affect is cumulative! i’ve experienced first hand the positive impact on my relationship with myself and, in turn it’s positively impacted my relationship with others.

since then regular Meditation has become one of my go-to ways of returning to my center, again and again. continually pouring into my cup to keep it full (even overflowing). to feel connected to myself with so much more capacity to do my healing work, to embrace the fullness of life and everything that comes with it.

these are the gifts I am excited to share with this community.

why community

I remember how challenging meditation felt to begin with (and sometimes still can). at first sitting with myself in stillness felt uncomfortable, even unnatural. i was constantly concerned with ‘was doing it right’. it’s not surprising really, it was completely new. no-one i grew up with or knew at that point had even talked about meditation. sitting still with myself just wasn’t a thing.

when i began to develop a regular practice, it was with the guidance of a teacher and encouragement of a community. this is where I learnt some methods that supported how often I was able to sit and how long i sat when i did. part of that process was understanding that there are many techniques and no ‘right’ way to meditate. another part was being able to hear other peoples experiences which allowed me to reframe meditation as an experiential and emergent practice that reflects the movements and fluctuations of our aliveness ~ rather than a static, linear or a fixed destination to reach.

my intention is to provide a nurturing space to share our experiences and observations. In our circles, you’ll find support, encouragement, and collective wisdom to help support and enrich the development of your personal practice.
