Transgress Play Circle
from £22.00

A day sanctuary to free up yourself!
All people and identities are invited to come as you are for this afternoon of embodied play

inviting all people to Join THIS COMMUNITY CIRCLE for an afternoon exploring collective play as freedom practice.

It probably sounds crazy at this moment but I believe the most liberating first step we can take right now is to play together. To transgress (the colonial capitalist ideologies of supremacy) within a community safe enough to risk familiarity for more collaborative, generative, expansive possibilities.

What might be the conditions that release us from the performance of ‘normal’ and pressures of productivity. the weight of individualism and burden of needing to know. the intensity of consumption and the fatigue of holding everything together!

What would it be to put down what you’ve been holding for a moment and do the most unexpected thing, the thing that isn’t required but chosen. chosen not for the outcome, but to be present in the experience. to notice and be with what emerges. organically. together.

over the past two decades of spiritual healing and empowerment practice, I’ve learnt that this tends to be where the magic lives! the most challenging and expansive life moments call us to lean deeper into our practices, resources and community. You are not alone in whatever you are experiencing. this circle is for everyone seeking deeper connection, authenticity and freedom.

THROUGH embodied play we access the creativity that lives within us

This is an invitation to explore and inhabit your sensing being
To imagine and experiment together
To honour the wisdoms that emerge through your body
to be guided by what is resourcing
To track what is and isn’t yours
To make space for joy and dreams
To create new realities and possibilities
To reorient to new ways of being, breathing, moving, relating, living

This is for you if you

  • do not fit into boxes, and do not care to fit

  • have been side-eying the dominant narratives, systems and culture we live within

  • are ready to explore other ways of being

  • sense a desire to be more anchored and centred in your own truth

  • want to contribute to a community where you can come as you are

  • want to explore joy, creativity, freedom, peace, whimsy, possibility without bypassing what else is true

  • want to create more space and capacity for life to live through you

Come as you are

this is a space for all people. all bodies and identities are welcome. The invitation is to bring your self and whatever you might be holding, to be held within community. You do not need previous experience in somatics, yoga, spiritual practice or even play to join. come if you are seeking community. come if you want to reconnect with yourself. come if you are looking for new compassionate, playful and embodied ways of being.

how we’ll move:

  • guided and free play anchored through natures elements

  • collective practices for connecting with community

  • gently held and paced for curiosity, pauses and resourcing

  • space for personal reflection and collective sharing

  • tea, cake and water reserves provided

collective healing and liberation
